What Is
FormHaus?

The Machine

The Sculptformer

The Sculptformer is a next-generation strength machine that combines the precision of a Pilates reformer with the resistance load of traditional weight training. It uses spring-loaded tension to create constant muscular engagement through the entire range of motion — not just at peak contraction.

That means your muscles are working on the way up and on the way down. Every rep. Every set. The eccentric phase — where most machines let you off the hook — is where real strength and definition is built.

FormHaus is Rhode Island's only Sculptformer studio. There is no other facility in the state with this machine or this method.

The Sculptformer
Why It's Different
1
Constant Tension
Unlike free weights that lose tension at extension, the Sculptformer keeps resistance loaded throughout every inch of movement.
2
Eccentric Emphasis
The controlled lowering phase is where muscle damage and growth happen. The spring resistance makes every descent count.
3
Joint-Friendly Load
Spring resistance is inherently gentler on connective tissue than compressive free weights — without sacrificing intensity or results.
4
Core Always Active
The carriage demands stabilization on every single move. Your core is never optional — it's trained in every class, every rep.
The Workout

High-Intensity Strength.
On a Reformer.

You know the feeling: shaking muscles, zero rest, nowhere to hide. FormHaus classes operate at that threshold — every set is taken to full fatigue, every movement is deliberate, and every class has a specific muscular target.

Classes are 50 minutes. There are no beginner modifications in the sense of "this is easy" — the Sculptformer adapts spring resistance to challenge every fitness level. A first-timer and a seasoned athlete can both be destroyed by the same class at different spring settings.

The core is trained in every single class — built into every compound movement, every stabilization demand, every transition. There is no "core day" because every day is core day.

This is a method, not just a workout. Each class targets a specific muscle group — glutes, back, shoulders, arms, legs — so that by the time you reach the end of the week, your entire body has been trained with intensity, precision, and purpose. Nothing is repeated. Nothing is skipped. Show up consistently and the results are inevitable.

From the Stage
to the Studio.

For years, my life was defined by the grind of bodybuilding. I learned everything about discipline, muscle hypertrophy, and pushing the human body to its absolute limit. I loved the strength — but I started looking for something more.

I wanted that same high-intensity stimulus and metabolic fire, but without the wear and tear on my joints. I wanted a workout that built a resilient body and a result that lasted long after I left the gym.

That's why I built FormHaus Strength + Reformer.

We're bringing the Sculptformer to Cranston — the bridge between heavy-duty strength training and the precision of the reformer. It's the method I'd been searching for, and I can't wait to share it with you.

I'm not just the owner. I'm a student of this movement. Whether you're a fellow athlete looking for a new edge or just starting your strength journey — I'll see you on the machine.

Our Classes

Every class runs 50 minutes on the Sculptformer — Rhode Island's only strength + reformer machine. Each session follows an eight-block arc: strength, burn, finisher, close. Core and obliques train every single class — not as an afterthought, but built into the structure from the first rep to the last. Capped at 10 per class.

MASTER PLAN
Signature
Every Saturday
Full Body · Benchmark Class · Total System Test

Master Plan is the signature class — every major muscle group, every energy system, one session. The benchmark by which you measure your progress in every other class. Complex compound sequences, multi-plane series, and a finisher that earns its name. Saturdays are anchored to this class permanently. It’s not about surviving it. It’s about showing up fully and seeing what you’re capable of.

Sculpt Series
FOUNDATION
Sculpt
Alternating
Glutes · Biceps

Foundation opens with heavy carriage-loaded glute work paired with bicep curls built for constant spring tension. Glute bridges, kickbacks, carriage lunges, and a bicep finisher where every return counts as much as the lift. Core is threaded through every movement. This is where strength gets built from the ground up. Come in ready to push.

FRAME
Sculpt
Alternating
Shoulders · Side Glutes

Frame is built around width — broad shoulders and the lateral glute shape that defines your silhouette. Side and rear delts are among the most undertrained muscles in any program. Glute medius is what gives you the lifted, wide shape that glute max work alone cannot build. Lateral raises, rear delt flies, hip abduction sweeps, and glute medius kickbacks with precision spring tension. You’ll feel it in places you didn’t know you had muscles.

REAR STRUCTURE
Sculpt
Alternating
Back · Hamstrings

Rear Structure is the dedicated pull day — deep lat work paired with hamstring-dominant carriage movements. Lat pulldowns, seated rows, Romanian deadlifts, and slow hamstring curls with a 4-count eccentric that makes every rep count twice. Most people neglect both of these muscle groups. This class makes sure you don’t. Expect heavy resistance, hip-dominant patterns, and soreness that reminds you exactly what you worked.

FRONT STRUCTURE
Sculpt
Alternating
Chest · Glute Max

Front Structure is a push day built for the reformer. Chest presses, flies, and overhead work keep spring tension through every inch of movement — the spring loads on the return just as hard as the press. Heavy glute max carriage work runs the lower body in parallel. Two powerhouse muscle groups, one session, no wasted sets. Load up. Drive through the heel. Full extension on every rep.

ANCHOR
Sculpt
Alternating
Glutes · Hamstrings

Anchor is deliberate, loaded work through the posterior chain. Hamstring curls, slow RDL slides, Nordic lowers, and glute bridge pulses — all built around the 4-count eccentric that makes every rep count on both ends. The pace is controlled. The burn is not. If you want glutes that are strong, not just sore — this is the class you don’t skip.

Burn Series
INNER STRUCTURE
Burn
Alternating
Inner Thighs · Triceps · Back

Inner Structure targets the muscles most reformer work leaves behind — inner thighs, triceps, and back, all under spring-loaded tension. Adductor slides, overhead tricep extensions, press-downs, and lat-focused rowing sequences. Small muscles that show up when everything else is developed. The burn comes fast. Finish strong.

LATERAL STRUCTURE
Burn
Alternating
Outer Thighs · Shoulders · Back

Lateral Structure builds the width of your frame — outer thigh sweeps, shoulder raises, and rear-delt back work that carves definition from every angle. Abductor arcs, lateral raises, rear delt flies, and seated row variations. The class that finishes what the others start.

FORGE
Burn
Alternating
Full Body · Conditioning · Metabolic Output

Forge is the most fast-paced class on the schedule. Speed is the resistance — rapid reformer sequences, elevated heart rate, and full-body engagement with no rest between blocks. Fast lunges, power rows, speed curls, plyometric carriage work. If you coast, you’re doing it wrong. Bring a towel.

We Got Answers.

Zero experience needed. The Sculptformer is unlike anything most people have used before — your coach will walk you through the machine before class and cue every movement throughout. Show up, we handle the rest.
The Sculptformer is a strength-forward reformer machine that bridges the gap between traditional weight training and reformer Pilates. It uses spring-loaded resistance to create constant tension throughout every movement — meaning your muscles are working on the way up and the way down. FormHaus is Rhode Island's only studio with this machine.
Fitted workout clothes work best — leggings, shorts, sports bra, whatever you move well in. Grip socks are required on the machine. We sell them at the studio for $22 if you need a pair. Skip the lotion — it affects your grip on the carriage.
Water bottle, a towel, and grip socks. That's it. Come hydrated — this class will make you sweat.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class. Your coach will get you set up on the machine and answer any questions before things get started. If you're late, you may not be able to join — it's not just a policy, it's for your safety. A cold muscle on a loaded machine is a recipe for injury.
Not exactly. FormHaus is strength training — the machine just happens to be a reformer. Think heavy spring resistance, slow tempos, and muscle-specific loading. If you've done traditional Pilates and found it too easy, this will be a different conversation entirely.
10 spots per class. Small by design — you get real coaching attention, not just a room full of people hoping they're doing it right.
Almost certainly — especially after your first few classes. The spring resistance creates tension through the full range of motion, which hits muscle fibers that most traditional workouts miss. Hydrate well, eat protein after class, and know that the soreness fades the more consistently you show up.
Cancel 10+ hours out — credit returned. Inside 10 hours: packs and singles forfeit the credit. Members get one free no-show per month, then $20 each after.
The first 50 members to join FormHaus lock in a discounted rate for life — no commitment required, billed monthly. Once those 50 spots are gone, they're gone. Regular membership pricing takes over and the founding rate will never come back.
Let your coach know before class — always. Many movements can be modified depending on what you're working around. We'd rather adjust than have you sitting out. That said, if you're in active pain or recovering from surgery, get clearance from your doctor first.
